1. Integrated Process Technology

Decorative coating equipment commonly combines multi-arc ion plating with magnetron sputtering. Ion plating provides high ionization rates and fast film formation with strong adhesion, while magnetron sputtering offers controllable deposition rates and easily adjustable film colors. 2. Precise Color Control

By adjusting target composition, reactive gas ratios, and bias voltage, the equipment can achieve a rich range of color effects. It can deposit various decorative coatings such as TiN (gold), CrN (silver-gray), ZrN (champagne gold), and TiCN (rose gold).
