SLINE14A Vertical Multi‑functional Sputtering Line

The SLINE14A vertical multi-functional sputtering line features a vertical transmission structure, driven entirely by servo motors. This allows for flexible control of substrate speed and the positional relationship between adjacent substrates. This production line is primarily used for the deposition of the Mo layer (back electrode layer) and ZnO+ZnS and AZO layers (window layers) in CIGS solar thin-film electromagnets.
